ABC’s of Embodiment Workbook
Embodiment looks and feels different for everyone. In this workbook, you’ll explore your embodiment through a pre/post-assessment, 26 reflective prompts (it’s the ABC’s after all) and conclude with identifying your initial keys. It’s an invitation to take a technology break and reflect on living embodied. You can answer a prompt as part of a daily ritual/intention or complete when inspired.
The intention is to get the wheels turning and bringing more awareness of your embodiment.
