CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

While schedules can change quickly, rescheduling or skipping a booking with short notice prevents the opportunity for someone else to fill it.

For sessions, classes, workshops & tarot readings:

Cancelling 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment can be rescheduled or a credit is issued for a future session/class. Please email ninna@ninnaamora.com or if booked through the Acuity Scheduler, reschedule. (Note: The exception to this are special or single one off classes/programs.)

In the case where a studio or space is reserved by Ninna Amora:

• Cancellations made Less than 96 hours prior to event start date: No refunds

• Cancellations made Less than 7 days (1 week) prior to event start date: 50% Deposit refundable

• More than 7 days prior to scheduled event: Full Deposit Refund

Cancellations within 24 hours will be forfeited.

In the case where a studio or space is reserved by Ninna Amora:

• Cancellations made Less than 96 hours prior to event start date: No refunds

• Cancellations made Less than 7 days (1 week) prior to event start date: 50% Deposit refundable

• More than 7 days prior to scheduled event: Full Deposit Refund

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Credits are issued at Ninna’s discretion. (see Cancellations & Rescheduling above).
