The Embodiment Laboratory is a space for you to explore through a series of experiments to identify your embodiment and “your how”.
You are a unique individual so your how will be. While the stories, themes and feelings may have some general similarity to others, the details are truly what makes embodiment all yours (and not someone else’s).

Each stage builds on the other. Explore the fundamentals discovered in the FOUNDATION stage. See how they link the CONNECTION stage. Bring it all together in the INTEGRATION stage. Continue the calibration in the ALIGNMENT stage.
